Returns Policy โ TaGo Pro
General
TaGo Pro (the โCompanyโ) strives to provide its customers with high-quality products, reliable service, and a safe and pleasant shopping experience. However, we recognise that exceptional circumstances may occasionally require a return or refund. This policy sets out the terms, procedures, and responsibilities in this regard and forms an integral part of the Siteโs terms of use.
By making a purchase on the Site, the customer fully and knowingly agrees to this policy in its entirety.
Our Shipping Times
Our shipping times range between 7โ14 business days (delays may occur due to unforeseen postal reasons such as war, etc.). Our deliveries are sent to the pick-up point closest to the customerโs home.
Cases Eligible for a Refund Request
A refund or product exchange may be considered only in the following cases:
- A product is received faulty or damaged during transit.
- A product received materially differs from the ordered product (e.g., wrong model, colour, or size).
- A technical fault in manufacturing or supply occurred โ as determined by the Companyโs team.
The decision to issue a refund or exchange will be made only after inspection and final approval by the Companyโs team, at its sole discretion.
Submitting a Refund Request
You must contact us via the โContact Usโ form on the Site or by email to support@tagopro.com within 7 calendar days from receiving the product.
The request should include the order number, full name, description of the case, and clear images of the received product.
Requests not submitted on time or without the required documentation may not be processed.
Returning the Product
Upon receiving approval from the Company, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition, unused, and undamaged.
The return is the responsibility of the customer and must be made at their own expense, using an approved delivery service.
You must retain the tracking number until the Company confirms receipt of the product.
Products returned without prior approval will not be inspected and will not entitle the customer to a refund.
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during the return transit.
Refund Conditions
After receiving the product and inspecting it by the Companyโs team, and subject to final approval, the refund will be issued as follows:
- The refund will be made to the original payment method used in the transaction only.
- The refund amount will be given after deducting handling fees, shipping fees, and third-party charges, if applicable.
- The refund will be processed within up to 14 business days from the date of receiving and approving the returned product.
The Company reserves the right to offer a product exchange or store credit instead of a refund, at its discretion.
Products Not Eligible for Return
No refunds or exchanges will be provided in the following cases:
- A product that has been used, opened from its original packaging, or damaged after receipt.
- A change of mind, buyerโs remorse, or general dissatisfaction with the product.
Limited Liability
The Company is not liable for misuse,improper maintenance, or damage caused by failure to follow instructions.
All responsibility for the use of the product lies solely with the buyer.
