At TaGo Pro, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products, reliable service, and an excellent shopping experience. However, we understand that rare issues or mismatches may occur, so we offer individual handling of refund or exchange requests in accordance with the policy below.
By using the website and ordering products through it, you fully agree to this policy.
Cases eligible for a refund or exchange
You may request a refund or product exchange only in the following cases:
- A product arrived faulty or was damaged during delivery.
- The product received significantly differs from its description on the website.
A refund or exchange will only be issued following inspection and approval by our team, at our sole discretion.
If a customer error occurred during the order (not caused by a phone representative but by the customer placing the order manually on the website), the company is not obliged to exchange the item. Any exchange will be at the sole discretion of our team.
How to submit a request
Submit a formal request via the “Contact Us” form on the website or by email to taggoprocontact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
The request must include the order number, buyer details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
After receiving and reviewing your request, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Returning the product
You must return the product in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, within 14 business days from the date of return approval.
